How do I place an order?
The easiest way to get started is to simply get in touch and let us know what you’re looking for. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll provide a formal proposal to show just what we can do for you. Once the proposal is approved, we’ll send along a Video Services Agreement with an initial invoice for 50% of the project total. We’ll also provide a creative brief for you to complete and then schedule our kick-off call.
What is a script?
A script consists of words that a voice artist speaks. These are simply words that are written by a script writer to explain or market a concept, service, product, service or promotion among others.
Is there a relation between script and video length?
Yes. The number of words in the script determine the duration of the audio, which in turn determines the duration of video. Usually, a voice artist speaks 75 words every 30 sec. So, a 75 word script will lead to a 30 sec video, a 150 word one will lead to a 60 sec video and so on.

What are the Payment Terms?
We require an upfront payment of 25% to being production. One everything is done and you approve the video, we will request the balance 75% payment before delivering the video file.
We accept PayPal for International Clients and bank transfers for clients based in India.

How much does an animated video cost?
The price of a video varies based on 2 different factors - number of words in the script and the number of voice artists needed. The price increases with an increase in the number of words as well as the number of voice artists. Please refer to price details in the section above. Will you send voice options for selection?
Yes. We will send voice options for review and selection. You will be involved in the video creation process. Your dedicated video expert will keep you posted on all updates. We will send you everything for review and approval at each stage before moving forward. This ensures final product is per your requirements and preferences.
What includes unlimited revisions?
Unlimited revisions are for script and animation stages. We will keep on editing and improving as per the comments till you approve. Voice revisions are not included in revisions as the voice artists charge a fee for each edit. To ensure there are no additional costs for you, we use software voice for making and sending drafts. We take care of the voice at the very end once you are sure of the script and animation.
What is the difference between a video ad and an explainer video?
An ad is short, engaging and compelling video that makes the viewers purchase, like, share or take an action. These highlights a problem, introduces your product or service as a solution and directs the viewers to a landing page where you have more information to try and convert the visitor to a paying customer.
An explainer video simply explains a concept, a service, a new feature, product or something else. These are not salesy and simply meant to provide information to the viewers. In some cases, a call to action is added to an explainer video as well depending on the requirements of the clients.
